And clearly about eight years old.
HFCSs are 55% fructose. Regular table sugar is 50% fructose. We should
avoid them both. Starch mostly becomes glucose and will cause a blood
sugar spike, and all the horrible things that come from that.

Never ceases to amaze me on American cooking sites ingredients I have
never seen here like canned french fried onions and canned pumpkin even
everyday recipes use canned veges like beans and peas when fresh or
frozen taste about 2000% better and have no added anything.

Some of us did evolve to drink lots of milk. The problem is its a
recent evolutionary adaptation found not surprisingly much more in
those whose ancestry includes cattle herders who drank lots of milk
(such as hairy white Caucasians) and much less in those whose
ancestors didn't (such as some types of Asians).
The problem, rather like the problem of wheat eating, is that it's a
recent enough addition to the human diet that even in populations with
the longest history of using it there are still plenty who will
develop problems with it, especially in later life. In other words
it's an unfinisihed evolutionary adaptation, and not all of us have the
latest and best genes for dealing with it.
