Good to hear from you....so you are on Day 1 perfect I am right behind
you!! Tomorrow is my day 1 . Just had my last meal for 3 weeks of cod
fish, scallops and shrimp paired with garlic mash potato sorry lol .Oh
and yes I had wine for the first time in a week. If I get night sweats
tonight the wine is over for me period! .....
However I did spend most of the day making 3 soups. Mushroom,
butternut squash and then a vegetable puree which was pretty much the
vegetables from my stock for the other 2. I am following a bit of both
the website and book really. I am doing the schedule from the website
with the 2 hour intervals. I read the book again over the past few
days since I read it last year but was not ready to do the detox. I am
really really pumped to do this. I have told my husband not to make
meals for me for supper and what it was all about. He doesn't want to
join me but knows I am doing this for the cleansing factor mostly. If
I loose weight Bonus! I really want to loose about 12 lbs.
