I hope to get a jump start on cleaner eating habits from this detox.
I saw the Bowel Area website and those maintenance recipes are what
I'd like my typical diet to resemble. Any weightloss would be nice -
I'm starting at 189 and I'd like to get down to 165 eventually. I'm
hooked on Diet Coke - I'd like to lose that addiction and just feel
healthier in general. I just had a baby 4 mos ago and I want to start
running with my jogging stroller. I'm not new to exercising, I'm just
on the lam from it.
The nearest colonic place is 65 miles away, so I don't think that's an
option for me, but I would have liked to have tried it. I'm looking
at the Bowltrol product...maybe I'll do that instead after the detox
and enemas during.
The blogs and comments I've read here are so motivational and
inspiring...they are a big part of why I chose this plan. I'll check
in before I start next week. Any support is certainly welcome.

I was able to break both my diet coke habit AND my coffee addiction.
I'll have one every once in awhile since completeing the detox but
won't be returning to the every day bad stuff.
I'd be interested in hearing what you think of the bowltrol product as
I was checking it out too.
