There's a song " Look How Far We've Come "
In music these words can resonate throughout the pop/ballad genre to
rock and more.
When I watch Rob Thomas and Matchbox20 sing that song, it makes one
think.
Have we really come that far ?
Rock and pop stars forseeing how we now are ?
Ever since we all were given/evolved two eyes, we've craved visual and
aural information.
Intimacy also keeps us alive. In many ways.
In the way a man loves a woman and a man loves a man a woman loves a
woman.
A world seeking love.
Seeking assurance.
A world looking.
Then there is the unseen.
And the unknown.

DEAR geedee, let me tell you "how far we've come" the songs I REMEMBER ARE; "mr. Saturday Dance,

Remember any of them, of coursee not I think we all love music, there's rhythem in our blood. it's a cold winter-like day here in N.E. Washington state and i'm witnessing the idiotic politics & other antics playing on T.V. cOMPLETE WITH A TWIN-TOWERS-LIKE "PHOTO-OP" THAT SCARED NEW YORKERS OUT OF THEIR WITS. I'M IMPRESSED BY HOW MUCH THEY THINK OF THEMSELVES,I GUESS I'M TOO IGNORANT TO GRASP THE SIGNIFICANCE OF SUCH A MOMENTOUS MOVE.BUT I'M STILL HANGING ON TO WHAT I think of as human values, I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN David Kellerman the late chief of Freddie Mac. he went down to the basement of his home and selected the rope to put around his neck.WHAT ELSE DOES A HUMAN TURN TO TO "SAVE FACE" WHEN HE/SHE HAS TO FACE THE FACT HE'S MADE AN IRREVOCABLE LIFE-CHANGING MISTAKE AND HAS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD TO TURN TO? Prediction: Tonight President Obama will speak about economy and GDP
announcement today that it droped unexpectedly 6.1%...response will be
that the difficulties are not over with, and that we are all going to
have to make sacrifices to get through it. The American people will
have no choice but to come together to recover from this economic
storm. The world is also tied together, and the stability of our
nation helps the stability of the world.
If the heath care plan does not pass we will not recover. All
industries all tied together, and one cannot be fixed without fixing
all others. The health care for all issue needs be taken care of this
year, we have had this on our plates for decades and it can no longer
wait to be addressed.
I am sorry, I cannot continue...the stomach ache that occurs as I
write my predictions down sometimes is more than I can stand.

Hi JULES,I THINK THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE THAT THEY WILL JUST REPLAY THE SPEECH HE MADE THIS MORNING, WHY WOULD HE REPEAT IT IN PERSON? I KEEP MY T.V. on all the time, usually on the Fox News Channel. if it's the same one you'll see a glitch about 5 minutes in when he tried to say that he has hope for a brighter future for our children, but started to say HE "HOPES WE'LL HAVE BIGHTERCHILDREN IN THE FUTURE," TOO BAD HE CHECKED HIS TELEPROMPTER BEFORE HE FINISHED THE THOUGHT. ive heard he will hardly SAY "GOODMORNING" WITHOUE CHECKING HIS TELEPROMPTER ANOTHER REASSURING FACT THAT HE'S PROBABLY NOT THE "BEAST" Because i can't imagine Lucifer sending or taking over anyone that dumb.
But then stupidity & Evil are not mutually exclusive, what do you think? i'm feeling kind of depressed today
so thanks for the cheery contact. i hope you are well & happy. yours, Dee Lewis

I disagree. Obama speaks so often and does most of it off the cuff, I
know that when I talk that much sometimes the wrong words come out,
and some get mixed and garbled together. Obama is very intelligent,
he speaks very eloquently, and additionally with thoughtfulness. He
is the man I voted for. Stupid is no longer cool. Macho cowboy with
a "wanted" poster is no longer cool. People are looking for someone
to alleviate their fears at a time when 1 in 6 homes are being
forclosed on. At a time when paying gas, electric, and water bills
leaves nothing left for food to feed their kids. I want someone to
make me feel better about our precarious financial situations. I
could not help but actually get upset at the "Tea Party" fiasco last
week. Most people get a paycheck and the amount of taxes being taken
are less than they were last year. The only people that actually have
to write a check on April 15 are making so much that they need an
accountant to file for them and tell them how much they owe. This is
not how it is for the majority of Americans.
At this 101st day Obama has already spoken to more Americans, and had
more press conferences and interviews than Bush had in the last 8
years. I feel that if there is a chance to be had for us, this guy is
the one I want representing us in those negotiations. He comes out
everyday and maintains a calm, cool demeanor even though he has every
reason to freak out. How long would we last in the same situation,
with the world falling down around us? You should expand your viewing
to include all the networks and cable news channels. More than one
perspective is a good thing. Expanding your knowledge base, expanding
your opinion base, expanding your faith are all interconnected. I
have watched Fox and am not impressed. It seems to be that there are
some extremely conservative viewpoints that I completely disagree
with. I continue to watch and see what makes others tick. But I also
change the channel and put on what I feel speaks to me.
How can a group be pro-life, and pro-death penalty? How can people
who won't support birth control cut programs to help families,
sometimes very young women? How can you be all about life, without
choice be so ready to go to war at the drop of hat? It seems to me
that those views are extremely contradictory and made without any
serious thought to the kunundrum they create. Jules

You should do some research, and I mean a lot of research, about who controls the economy and the world. You've been conditioned your entire life to think the way you think. You were setup by generations of people to accept everything that's going on right at this moment so that they could have their way without any conflict. Its like the Matrix...you can take the red pill or the blue pill...its up to you.

I agree with Krysti....very hard to keep an open mind and view matters
objectively when constantly bombarded with tainted information...even Satan
is able to transform himself into an angel of light.
I don't know about the pill deal though...I've tried both and neither work
for me.

Who do you think controls the economy and the world? I am not
conditioned to think any particular thing, in fact I am fearful that
it all really is meaningless. Because if what I think is really going
on, it is all meaningless. I have taken a different pill altogether.
The amount of research that I have done would boggle your mind, and my
physics study has taken everything I thought I knew and threw it all
into the wind. However, the physical world that we believe to be
reality en masse has to be slowly assimilated into the truth for the
general population. Most are not ready to accept that this life that
we have been living so far is equivalent to that of ants taking care
of the hill, the queen and the offspring. If sprung on them in a way
that would shock them, the inevitable response would be not only panic
but complete disintegration.
My particular political beliefs aid in acceptance for those who have
been so individual in their thinking. Does that make sense? One
cannot accept the whole unless they think in overall consciousness.
Some are so preoccupied with their own place in the world/universe,
that they cannot see the whole. I am probably not wording this is a
way you can understand, and I do not want to be so outrageous in my
statements that I scare those who come and are just beginning to feel
the change. We must give them time to come on their own, or we risk
losing them to fear.

The pills are a metaphor for your current way of thinking and a new way of thinking. (The red and blue colors are not to be confused with political affiliations)

Jules

The pills are metaphors for old and new thinking....
Don't assume that anything would boggle my mind or anyone else's mind. I, too, have studied physics among other sciences and I am an educated person. I'm sure many or most people in this group are educated. I shared your same ideology until last fall when I began researching. I learned that my education was part of my conditioning. When you start to see which roads lead you from God to hopelessness and confusion, you'll know who owns them.
Physicists, and other scientists, do not have all the answers, only conjecture and many disagree on many levels. Part of our conditioning is to believe in Science. This helps them rule out religion and put God in the bigfoot category. What was there before the 'big bang'. From where did that matter come? (Some physicists will tell you that particles behave differently when perceived than when they are not perceived and these scientists believe in an unseen fabric and that the universe was created because of life, because someone or something had to perceive it before matter could behave the way it does...before it could 'be'.)
Collectivism is another conditioning. We are conditioned to be one whole when it comes to obedience to the system, but yet the same people condition us to hate each other based on sexuality, race, gender, religion, etc. so that we won't come together as a whole to disobey.
I'm not going into great detail, because it really is more believable when you find this out on your own. I'm not trying to tell you how to think...just offering another way to think about things. I don't want to force this down anyone's throat. Just telling you, that it might be a good idea to take yourself down the rabbit hole and see a different perspective.
=)

Subject: Re: POLITICS?

I guess my response was too defensive. I am speaking of politics
because I am on a thread about politics. I guess I took that you
believe I need a pill to understand that I am being too influenced by
our politicians, mainstream media, etc. Should I instead be out there
announcing that the aliens are in cahoots with the military to take
over the world? Or rather that there is a conspiracy of neocons
sitting around in a room always trying to separate us from our money?
Hence why advertisers are paid well to make sure that we are so
hypnotized with our percieved need for "stuff", pretty things, shiney
objects.
I was merely expressing that was makes us decent is our ability to
follow our heart in helping those in need. Showing compassion to
those who are lost either physically, emotionally, financially, or in
any other way. Turning our backs on others, thinking only of
ourselves, being the center of our own universe, being so completely
alienated from each other is why we as a species stay in this state of
complete disarray.
We are not all about being alone. I cannot believe that anyone would
think that is the only way. If we thought being alone was always how
it was supposed to be, we would never have gone forth and multiplied.
There was and is a point where we come together, and not in a physical
plane.
I would like to hear your views, I would like to understand further
where you are coming from and going. I do not have access to your
thoughts so I would like to hear more about them here.

Dear Jules, Your point is well taken but not quite accurate, I HAD A GOOD NUMBER OF YEARS IN A YOUNGER MORE INNOCENT WORLD MUCH CLOSER TO WHAT GOD MEANT TO DESIGN. THAN TODAY'S WORLD. IT'S TAKEN TIME
TO BRING GULLIBLE MANKIND AND THE MANY FORCES OF EVIL INTO THE
MERGER THEY ENJOY TODAY. AS I WRITE I IMAGINE BREATHING THE FRESHER AIR IN A PURER SUNSHINE. I LOVED THE WORLD AND Had a hard
time understanding what could be wrong with it. i'm not questioning HIS
WISDOM, BUT I'D LIKE TO BE SURE I UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING RIGHT. WHY DID HE PUT EVIL INTO OUR WORLD? WOULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN MUCH
NICER WITHOUT SNAKES, EVIL, INSANITY, ILLNESS, POISON, PERFIDY,
DANGER, IN SUCH A WORLD WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO PROVE WE'RE IMPER-
VIOUS TO EVIL. WE COULD JUST LIVE HAPPILY.??? DUMB QUESTION, HMM? I INVITE YOU TO SEND ME A 80TH BIRTHDAY GREETING ON TUES. OR DROP BY FOR GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE IF YOU'RE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD YOURS Dee LEWIS

Jules

BELIEVED IN THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION AND I'VE ALREADY DISCOVERED THERE'S NOT MUCH KNOWLEDGE TO BE FOUND IN INSTITUTIONS I RUSHED OUT & EMBRACED LIFE AND LIVED TO ENJOY IT BUT
NEVER EVEN DISCOVERED MY PURPOSE FOR LIVING, HAVE YOU? I WAS
GIVEN AN IMPRESSIVE ABILITY FOR DRAWING BUT DIDN'T THINK IT WAS IM-

=)

No thanks, i'm not interested in research, i'm going to be doing that in the base location very soon. and i'll be
looking for you, if nothing gets in my way. I don't know who controls the economy of the world and couldn't
care less. I'VE SEEN A FEW SUNSETS, & WATERFALLS & READ SOME POETRY & PROSE, ETC.

You might be surprised that I would agree with you about many of these
things.
It boggles my own mind that I have been reading and studying more. I
thought I was done with that years ago. I think it is very
interesting that we came to this increase in study at the same time,
last fall. Do you believe that there is a reason for that? I do, as
I also believe that many more people did as well. I believe that much
of this is because of the anticipation of the changes we anticipate
culminating in 2012. I belive that we will begin hearing from more
of these people very soon.
My roads led me away from God at a much younger age, and were the
cause of my hopelessness and confusion. I am much happier now with
the knowledge that I have. It gives me more peace to know what I know
now without the blanket of an organized religeon. I am freer now than
at any other time in my life. I was one of the controlled masses.
Going to school and getting a job and beginning to live what I thought
was a normal life - it was unfulfilling and did not feel the way they
try to sell you.

Subject: Re: POLITICS?

Hello all,
I’m sorry…I was distracted by work and left off reading the thread of
responses. Now my jumping into the conversation may be awkward.
Here’s my spin for what it’s worth…For thousands of years, people have
tried every form of human government, every economic and social
system. History testifies abundantly to the result…things, “advance
from bad to worse.” Last century proved that. It was filled with
vicious hatreds and the most violence, warfare, hunger, poverty, and
suffering of any time in history. Today’s politics is some of the same
old music sung by a different singer.
Man’s inability to predict the future accurately is notorious. Is
there any hope? I think the rabbit hole Krysti mentioned is the Bible.
The reason I say that is because the Bible is a book people shy away
from because of religious or collective conditioning. That doesn’t
change the fact that the Bible is a book of prophecy. It contains
prophecies that have already come true. Is there anything that should
prevent us from considering the prophecies with future fulfillments?
What do you think?

I live in South Africa and have been reading your contributions about Politics and am quite confused as to why there is even a debate about Barak Obama? I think he is just what is needed right now and have a good feeling about what he is bringing to the world of Global Politics, but my viewpoint is irrelevant..... Instead of trying to pick holes in him, focus on all the good he has already done and try to look outside your country for comparisons.. aren't you all relieved not to have Jacob Zuma as president? For crying in a bucket, we South Africans are still trying to come to terms with having an almost convicted fraudster and rapist as our president but we are still pushing positive thoughts his way and hoping that all his yada-yada will actually do something positive in our country. What we all seem to forget is that they are all just human beings, playing their role in this great duality we have chosen to incarnate in.... surely the Universe is unfolding as it should?
Lets focus on the really important things .. like the moment and now and the present etc etc.. we all know we could leave this plane at any time, now, later or in years to come... we really need to centre ourselves and use the incredible power of the Positive to influence what is happening and what will come from it, do not dwell on fear as it will then become your reality!
2012 is coming and whether or not it will be doomsday for us is not actually important now. What IS important is that we prepare ourselves spiritually for whatever may be ... as we all know something big is coming...... and ground ourselves in love and compassion and make every day count !
Hi Dyanne
I have to say how much I agree with you. Many of the people posting on
this group appear to be Americans, and of course, that skews the point
of view. You may be interested to know that of the hits to the
2012Predictions website, the vast majority are from the USA - nearly
10 times as many as those from the next nearest English speaking
nations - Canada and the UK. Of course, this may be more than partly
be due to the fact that there are far more people in the USA than
those countries - about 5 times more than the UK and almost 10 times
more than Canada. However, it does mean that the USA has the loudest
voice!
The fact is that we are all individuals trying to understand one
another. Many individuals seem only interested in what's in it for
them, and sadly, many of these seem to get into world politics.
Perhaps some are so devious that they appear to be working for the
good of all, when they are not. We can only judge them by their
actions, and Obama appears to me, as a non-American, to be a decent
man trying to work out a better world.
Jules has already summed my feelings up: "I was merely expressing that
was makes us decent is our ability to
follow our heart in helping those in need. Showing compassion to
those who are lost either physically, emotionally, financially, or in
any other way. Turning our backs on others, thinking only of
ourselves, being the center of our own universe, being so completely
alienated from each other is why we as a species stay in this state of
complete disarray."
If everyone was more self-aware, but at the same time more
compassionate of others, the world would possibly not even need
politicians. But that is probably too idealist for words. These are
the basic tenets of most world religions - forget the rest of the
rituals and ideals which go with them. It is so simple, yet so hard to
put into place, because we are all products of our upbringing,
culture, emotions, genetics, history and so on. Only a few try to rise
above that, and very few succeed entirely.

Hooray, a positive thinker...!! however we should never pooh-bah our highest thoughts and our deepest dreams because if we do then the Universe hears it and makes it so... ! Thaere is somewhat of a standing joke amoungst my friends and family when they ask what I really want for my Birthday, Christmas etc... my first answer is always "World Peace" ... why not put it out there?
I have my own set of beliefs for 2012 and the happenings surrounding it and they involve us emerging into a new dimension very similar to the one you describe where no politics are necessary.. imagine getting rid of politics and law all in one go? Amazing... and just what we need ! Why should there be laws and punishments for the basic tenents of life... thou shall not kill, covet etc etc.. everyine knows that is wrong! ???
We have been promised that we will become co-creators of our own Universe and I believe that, although we are doing it now in a type of unconscious way, when 2012 "happens" the energies will be available for us to move into this on a more conscious and physical level, following our hearts deepest desires and melding with all those energies that are in tune with ours... the possibilities are boundless, only limited by our imagination and belief!

Hello Dyanne
I am from the UK. Yes, I am a positive thinker, but I can be and
sometimes was/am a negative thinker too. Part of me says, "If everyone
was good, how much value would that have?" Is good only something to
be measured against evil? Is evil necessary, then, to make good worth
something? Yin/yang, dark/light, yes/no - one is meaningless without
the other. I suppose I should say it is meaningless to human beings -
that is how we perceive things, via choice. Eating of the fruit of the
tree of knowledge and all that.

How very interesting, i can't resist adding my opinion, "GOOD, refers to a state of being, thought to be what
the individual wants everyone to be to insure our own safety & function, Perhaps evil is only the absence of
Good? And yet many cultures have characterized it in different negative ways. I THINK I have met only one person who embraced it as a way of life, And i've tended to ignore it rather than learn about it.Am I ADMITTING THAT I'VE MANAGED TO STAY NAIVE THROUGHOUT MY EIRST 80 YEARS?

Hello Dyanne
I am from the UK. Yes, I am a positive thinker, but I can be and
sometimes was/am a negative thinker too. Part of me says, "If everyone
was good, how much value would that have?" Is good only something to
be measured against evil? Is evil necessary, then, to make good worth
something? Yin/yang, dark/light, yes/no - one is meaningless without
the other. I suppose I should say it is meaningless to human beings -
that is how we perceive things, via choice. Eating of the fruit of the
tree of knowledge and all that.

Dear Dyanne, how special of you to write to me, and your points are well taken, it's
equivalent to a miracle that we can communicate although we live as strangers on different continents. you have my condolences on your Pres. ZUMA, How can things go so wrong when supposedly your officers are elected by the people was your problem in not having access to a truthful history about your pres? like you say, HE
MAKES OBAMA LOOK LIKE THE GOLDEN BOY, BUT MY STUDY OF OBAMA STARTED ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND I WAS DISTURBED THAT HIS COUSIN
WHO APPEALED TO HIM FOR HELP OR ADVICE WAS RANSacking Kenya AND
SLAUGHTERING Christians indiscriminatingly in his drive to take the country over
Obama IS A MUSLIM AS YOU PROBABLY KNOW, BUT CLAIMS TO BE A CHRISTIAN, TO AID HIS CAMPAIGN IN HIS HEART I BELIEVE HE'S DEEPLY SUBSERVIANT TO HIS KING Abdullah, second to ALLAH he's true to the beliefs he was taught as a child WHICH IS HOW IT SHOULD BE, ISN'T IT? AND THE PROPAGANDA HE DISTRIBUTED JUST BEFORE OR DURING HIS PRES. CAMPAIGN.INCLUDED SOME MORE HONEST INFO.
as to the debate, I DON'T KNOW OTHER THAN IT'S AN AMERICAN KIND OF THING TO DO. He is our pres. now
for 4 years and then will be up for reelection, and even now his addresses to the country are like his campaign speeches, so maybe he's trying already. i'm just an ordinary old lady who has never been "political" BUT I LOVE MY COUNTRY AND AM GRATEFUL FOR THE PROTECTION AND GOOD LIFE IT HAS AFFORDED ME DURING
THE 80 YEARS I'VE BEEN HERE, AND I DON'T WANT IT TO BECOME A MUSLIM NATION UNDER SHARIA LAW
WHICH I BELIEVE WOULD BE & PERHAPS IS Obama's desire. I'M SINCERELY WORRIED ABOUT WHAT HE
WANTS TO DO WITH MY COUNTRY. AND MORE, WHAT HE WILL DO. YOURS, DEE LEWIS

I convey my deep appreciation for ur viewpoint on doomsday prediction. I wish to go little further as an extention of your philosophy. We should live the life in a way as if today is our last day. This deep level consciousness will make each and every moment more meaningful, that will enable us to interpret our existence not in terms of boundaries of our esoteric world. Rather we would like to break it down to elicit the mysteries of joys of our existence.

You are so right, Jackie, the Positive/Negative thing is the way we learn NOW... but I believe that we have had enough time to sort that out and we should know whats up by now. Remember that we are moving into a new space/dimension/consciousness and in that space I believe that learning will take a different form and advancement will spring from a different well. I also believe that that is how we will make our choices.. our vibration will enable our future reality.. ie if love and light and compassion are our vibration, we will automatically be absorbed into that reality... conversely, if anger, hatred and pain are the vibration, that too will be the reality for those who choose it! I see it as an almost physical barrier ... think of a light wave passing through a grid ... if the wavelength is high or large then there are certain barriers it cannot pass, conversely, if it is low, passing is easier... take this from the physical to the metaphysical and extrapolate it into the spiritual...
Look into that issue on our current plane of existence.. I am not saying that bad things do not happen to good people.. if you choose a life of crime and hatred then that is your reality.. always. If we choose the path of love then, even of bad things happen to us we can deal with it from a place of love.... we are preparing ...
Imagine that we don't have to worry about the basics of security and money and survival and at the same time our DNA is fully light-activated... the possibilites of our growth cannot be fathomed by our current capacities!
