coolant replacement interval

I finally flushed the brake fluid, no signs of water in it. So now I'm thinking about coolant life, our blue 424 FYP is at 70k now.

What's the recommended coolant replacement interval?

I guess it could be 15 years/>100k, like a Leaf of that era.
