Thank God I have a copy of this on Vinyl mine is Spanish and I paid
about £10.00 for it. but wait till you see this guy's asking price. it
is a very rare LP but this price is a bit OTT.
I didn't know the Vegas album had been released on vinyl anywhere, let alone more than one version. There's no way I'd pay anywhere near what he is asking for that, unless I was a lottery winner. I don't even enter it. Good luck to him if he manages to get even half of the asking price.
I find it amusing that every time I find out what there is that I'm missing, let alone what I've managed to find, another thing turns up.
One day I'll get the UK CD of Virgins And Philistines and the American one still with its longbox packaging intact. Then I'll find out there's something rarer.
To be honest it is only from The Colour Field onwards that I truly collect as much as I can as there are far fewer releases than with The Specials and, as you know, you often actually get something new.

I bought the Vegas album from Ebay a few years ago I nearly died when
I saw it and I can't believe I wasn't outbid. yes I have the Sun
Valley 7" with Running Away on the Flip side I got it off Musicstack.
regarding the afore mentioned Items I didn't know about them before I
bought them and I haven't seem them since apart from the Vegas Vinyl
today and It's a Different pressing my label is a bit Diffirent to the
Dutch issue but I won't be buying it again at that crazy price. at
this stage I don't thing i'm missing any Terry Hall related items
other than the ones I don't want or don't know about yet. I am still
missing a few cassette singles but I know I will find them at some
point.

I made a best offer on the Vegas album, but it was turned down and they made me a counter offer. Quite frankly I don't think I can justify the reduced price they have said they will sell it for, as it would still almost certainly be the most expensive Terry Hall item I've bought. I suppose I could balance it against being lucky/smart enough to buy the American and Japanese versions of the Virgins And Philistines CD when they were released so I paid a hell of a lot less than collectors pay for them these days.
You are lucky not to have got in a bidding war on your Vegas LP. For ages I had the eBay emails with everything new including the words Terry Hall in the description and checked the search thoroughly. I bet it was when I was in hospital!
I found the Goodbye Sun Valley 7" on netsoundsmusic.com a couple of weeks ago. I'd never heard of it until then, so snapped it up, even though it was a bit pricey. At the same time I also got two 7" promos of Can't Get Enough Of You Baby. One is American, the other Canadian. Cruel Circus is on the B side and at least one of them is still in stock if you need/want it. They have different labels as the Canadian one is not cut out.
Probably my biggest regret is selling my 2Tone a Checkered Past CD set a couple of years back when skint. I've not seen another one on sale for ages.
Bits and bobs I'll get round to getting eventually are a few different versions of that Toots And The Maytals LP he's on and the Sinead O'Connor Collaborations album, which we all needed to get the duet version of Monkey In Winter on it.
Have you got any mispressings? I have 2. The first is really boring, it is the Terry Hall Collection CD, but actually plays some classical music. The other is far more interesting to me, and I've only just got round to getting the single without the mispressing. I have a copy of Take which has the labels for The Colour Field and Sorry. When I got it (all those years ago) I was going to return it to the shop and tell them they'd put the wrong record in the sleeve, but I played it instead and realised I'd got myself a nice little rarity.
I am going to try to update my list of Terry Hall records (I haven't for 10 years!) so I can have an idea of what I actually own and try to work out what is still out there waiting to be found.

I have all the Items you mentioned but I don't own any mispressings
but I do own all the Irish FB3 7" singles and I also have a couple By
Colourfield that you don't see every day. do you have the complete
setlist for Terry Hall & Friends when they played the 100 Club I herd
they did a couple of unreleased cover versions but I could be wrong
it's just what I herd.

It's weird, but Irish releases seem to be very hard to find over here. I dealt in Madness records by mail order for at least 10 years and collected their stuff for about twice that time, but still only saw two or three Irish pressings. Are most releases out there actually on import from the UK? For example has their been an Irish release of The Liberty Of Norton Folgate? I know it is sold out there as it was in the charts for a couple of weeks.
I've not got any Irish Colour Field or Fun Boy Three pressings.
I've only got a couple of bits of video and possibly mp3 from the Terry and Friends thing. To be honest I paid it very little attention as it was a show put on for people who dress right rather than those of us who have followed Terry's career and bought his records all these years. As you know he has done very few gigs (other than a few songs with The Dub Pistols here and there) for 12 years, so to know he was playing a gig 40 miles from me that I had almost no chance of getting a ticket for was something I tried not to think about! I'm sure someone posted the set list on a tale of woe. If you can remember roughly when the gig was I'll know which months' posts to look through. I thought it was nearly all Specials with 2 Fun Boy 3 songs (Tunnel, Our Lips?) plus Thinking of You by The Colour Field.

Irish pressings ended in the 1980s everything after that was imported
from the UK. I will make up a list of all the Irish pressings I have
or know about soon. you might have got in if you had gone along to
Terry Hall & Friends and waited outside on the night. I herd people
got into the specials without tickets when they played the 100 Club.
