I just realized that I was back in the addictive cycle of fear about my husband's congestive acutre heart failure due tio his eating slty snacks. learning how to deal with this situation in a better way instead of destructive fear and emailing a few close friends in a acue distress kind of way. i know there is a better way and that my higher power can show me a new way a better way, to deal with this.
