Hi Project Admins,

I've spent some time packaging up the mongo mms agent so we could deploy it
out to our Ubuntu servers.  It has:

   - upstart script
   - checking on startup to see if secret/api key has been set: if not it
   wails with a useful error and won't start
   - preinst/prerm scripts to setup a mongomms user for the agent to run
   under
   - default settings.py file installed - obviously this needs editing on
   install

Can I contribute this work back to the agent's codebase?
