Interested in Engineering? Technology? Business? Creating awesome stuff and making a difference?
Exponential is a social event allowing students to meet local company founders, entrepreneurs and like-minded people, in a fun, casual way. It’s at the Townhouse Bar on Tuesday, the 20th of November at 7.30pm.
Exponential has organised an event for the 20th of November and is inviting you to come along and meet some of Galway's trailblazing technology start-up companies, listen to some great speakers and enjoy a pint with other like-minded students. Share ideas and learn how some NUI Galway graduates started their own business, right out of college!
The guest speakers on the night are Paul Killoran of Starlight Solutions, and Liam Ryan of GetHealth app. Both Paul and Liam set up successful ventures while still in college and will be at the event to share with you some of their experiences.

- Hear from awesome companies and young innovative entrepreneurs
- Interact with local start-up companies and the trailblazing products they are developing
- Speak to potential employers in a casual environment - see if your skills match their needs
- Learn what it takes to develop a business idea, form a team, raise finance, setup and run a company
- Do you already have a novel (or just plain crazy!) idea for a product or business? Bounce it about and get feedback from fellow students and other entrepreneurs. You may just come up with the next big thing!
