Subject: A Tale of X gamers!

Hi all,

I'm new to 091 labs and I'm looking to get a group off the ground.
The group I'm looking to start is for people who like warhammer and
warhammer 40k.
Just to get the ball rolling I,m looking to get people interested in
collecting an army, creating set pieces, painting, modelling and obviously
gaming itself with the armies we collect
Anyone interested please post here. I'm looking to arrange a meeting to
talk to people to throw some ideas about collecting and about the hobby in
general
I'm going to get a meeting Thursday the 8th of November @ 7 o clock. Let me
know if anyone is interested. Hope to see you soon

Dermot

You're probably trying to appeal to the wrong crowd; Dungeons and Doughnuts
in the Cornstore regularly hold 40k nights.

Katie was talking about a workshop in model painting, and several of us
have been talking about using the 3d printer for scenery making, so it
isn't really the wrong crowd...

I collected nids back in the day but got rid of them years ago...

Ditto, I used to have a huge witch hunter force. I haven't any interest in
starting collecting or playing again but I would be game for
some scenery workshops. It's a great way to turn old crap into something
cool :)

I'm interested in model painting and model building. Mainly for model
railways though.

Well all are welcome. I know dungeons and doughnuts is the main place for
this in Galway but there are bound to be some people in the labs
interested. This is to cover all aspects of it that people are interested
making scenery using the 3d printer,  writing campaigns etc. And obviously
i will be talking to the people in dungeons and doughnuts about possible
deals and sending business their way.
