Biography:
Paul is a seasoned entrepreneur with a varied and impressive tally of
previous ventures and accomplishments which include joining AOL in its
startup days, a Michelin-rated restaurant, a pioneering software testing
company, a leading microfinance charity and a world authority in content
classification on the internet. He is a renowned advocate and creator of
internet and mobile standards and served as Chair of the British Interactive
