It is being reported that cartoonist Keith Robinson has passed away.

"It is with overwhelming sadness that we let you know
Keith Robinson passed away today of kidney failure and
cardiac arrest. His health had been declining in the
last few months, but this was nonetheless a shock."

hopeless romantic Cuffy & the other characters have appeared in
over 50 newspapers in the United States and Canada, three book
collections and a Sega Genesis video game
("Normy's Beach Babe-O-Rama," 1994).
I also do cartoons and humorous illustrations for magazines -
including Playboy, Cat Fancy and Dog Fancy - and for gift books.
As head of Making It Productions I promote and sell the
comic strip and cartoons to newspapers and magazines and license
the strip and its characters.

Notice the February 1 strip copyrighted 2001 and 2017.
I think that strip was run this year with changes made to update it
(pizza app in 2001?).
The Hermosa Beach Easy Reader ran reprinted strips
on the weeks that there was no strip updated to GoComics.
Online the Easy Reader ran the strips on their letters page
(don't know if that was the way things were in the print edition).

I'm going to go with the strips as presented on GoComics
as being the run of the strip.
