Mirpuris speak Punjabi and have nothing to do with Kashmir and should
stop wasting lives in Jihad while Afghans settle AK..

Diary of a Shaheed
Anwaar Ayub Raja
Captain Javed Iqbal Shaheed, Tamgha E. Basalat was born in a Kashmiri
Family living in the city of Luton (England). He studied in Chonly
Boys High School and in a local Islamic Centre of Luton. Young Javed
was emotionally attached with his elder sister, the only member of
that family living in Pakistan. His love and affection for his sister
ultimately converted into love for Pakistan where his sister was
settled. After passing his higher Secondary School Examination, Javed
left his family and started living with his sister in Pakistan.
During his stay, he was looking for an opportunity to join Afghan
Jehad. Seeing his motives and emotional attitude, his sister motivated
him to join Pakistan Army.
Javed joining Pakistan Army is a rare example of love, courage,
bravery, self-sacrifice and selflessness. A young boy born and
educated in most modern society of Europe, voluntarily left all that
which is a dream of every young Pakistani. He was neither a job seeker
nor comfort loving, he was a born soldier, committed to a cause, a
messenger of love, tourist on the way of Shahadat, whose journey began
from football ground of Chonly Boys High School, passed through
Mangla, Kakul, Lahore, Quetta, Nowshera, Gawadar, Karachi, Khuzdar and
finally ended up at Rabani post of Kargil in the Batalak sector on 5th
of the August 1999 at 1330 hours, an hour before when he was to come
down after the completion of his task on that post.
Before embarking on this fateful journey, Javed stayed with his loving
sister and nephews - Sheharyar and Ammar. On 8th July 1999 when Javed
was leaving his loved ones, Sheharyar gave him a small computerised
diary (organiser) requesting him “Mamun Jee” please write your
experience of battle field for Anwar, he will publish it in his
magazine. Sheharyar also requested him to listen the radio at night
because he would send him a message through Islamabad Radio
broadcasting special programme for the soldiers fighting in Kargil.
On 5th of August at 1500 hours, telephone bell rang and there was
Sheharyar present at home. Young Sheharyar waiting for his uncle’s
voice was given a shocking news by an officer from Skardu that his
dear uncle Javed had embraced Shahdat.
When Sheharyar’s mother asked him about the telephone, he replied with
courage and patience that Mamun Jee is coming back after two days.
Yes, he was coming back, but not in a taxi, wearing black jeans and
blue shirt, not the way he used to come. Today he was coming back, but
not asking his sister to stay at home. Today Sheharyar was only one
waiting for his dear friend and sweet uncle.
On 8th August 99 in a white rainy day he came home where his young
wife, his sons, seven month old Hamza and two and half year old
Junaid, his beloved sister and nephews were waiting for him.
His old father and mother, his brothers and younger sister, all had
come from England to receive him. He came in a military ambulance,
with him was his gun position officer Lieutenant Ashfaq and his friend
Captain Inam.
At home, his stay was very brief. He waited for his commander who gave
him a long lecture on Shahadat and life of a Shaheed before he was
leaving for Kargil. He waited for his commanding officer, who was
source of motivation for him. He also waited for officers and men of
his regiment with whom he played football and lived for six youthful
years. He was waiting for Major shahid, his room-mate and friend with
whom he shared many secretes of life. When every one had come, Major
Dilawar asked his sister to kiss him and allow him to leave the
gathering. With Dilawar, shahid and other members of the heavens he
left the home for a final ceremony where thousands of people were
waiting to bid him farewell.
Suddenly rain stopped, smartly dressed-up soldiers lined up before his
coffin, buglers played the tune and another contingent of his regiment
gave him final salute. Hands were raised to offer last prayers for a
departing soldier and there was a quite spell.
A dim voice was heard from far off distance. Crying and calling Javed,
Javed.
This was his beloved sister calling him back. He came to accompany her
as she was living alone, but today he left all that was once dear to
him, finally passed out of the sight of his men, sacrificed his life
at the call of his nation, so that others might live in peace.
A month later, his unit collected his stuff from the post and sent it
to his wife. As promised with his nephew, he wrote diary, gave
messages to his friends and loved ones. On 4th August 99, a day before
his Shahadat he coded all that he had written in the diary and placed
it in his bag. His coded diary was sent to England and after lot of
efforts a message from an unknown soldier to his countrymen and few
words to his brother and a friend Mr Abbas were discovered. Remaining
notes in the diary are still coded and unknown.
MESSAGE OF SHAHEED TO HIS COUNTRYMEN
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep,
I am a thousand wind that blow,
I am the diamond glints on the snow,
I am the sunlight on the ripped grain,
I am the gentle autumn and the rain,
When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the up lifting rush,
Of quite birds in the circle flights,
I am the soft star that shine at the nights,
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.
“On 9th July 1999 I embarked on a journey that I expected would help
me to overcome my greatest fears. The journey began with a helicopter
ride from Rawalpindi to Gilgit. Considering that it was the first time
I had sat in one of those roaring machines, I believed that I had
tackled the situation quite honourably. The view was breathtaking that
at times I felt that by just extending my hand forward I could touch
the jagged peaks below. The stay in Gilgit from 9 July to 13 July .”
“Dear Abbas I miss you a lot. In England these could be my last words
take........”
“Lala Mehmood I look in stars at night. I always miss you. Take care
of my sister .....”
“These are my last words .....4 August 1999.....”

Farouq Kathwari Pres. of Danbury based Ethan Allan Corp. also did
something
equally stupid in filling his son's head usual Islamic nonsense. As a
result he too took leave from Harvard Medical School to go fight in
Kashmir. He did not know any Urdu or anything else about the conflict
except that it was a fight between good and evil. Good meaning of
course Islam and Hindu were no doubt the evil.
On an excursion in Kashmir his group saw an Indian military truck and
decided to engage it by opening fire. The Indian soldiers returned
fire and a shell fragment from a grenade severed an artery causing him
to bleed to death. His comrades left his body on the scene for the
Indian soldiers to find, where upon they found documents revealing his
identity. American Embassy was informed which arranged his body to be
send back to Connecticut.
At his funeral services a Jewish boy who was a childhood friend got up
and shouted at his parents that "my friend lies in that box today
because YOU filled his head with hatred" No other words were spoken
afterwards.

Things haven't changed any. This fucked up kathwari continues to pump
money for ongoing terrorist activities in Kashmir. The irony is that the
stupid Indian eunuchs at the helm are fully aware of it....
Somebody needs to sue Ethan Allan for sponsoring global terrorism...

I dont think he uses his corporate funds for his nefarious deeds,
after all its an American Corporation with their boards of directors
who will skin him alive if they found him doing something like that
with their money.
