iirc Only 2 files different .. i got the 128 bug by installing IE 5.5 so when i went to install SP6a it said i had Hi Encryption so no joy .. had D:\NT4\TNSA0008\SP6128I.EXE
but later they realized .. so all SP were Hi Encryption ??

MS Windows NT 4.0Service Pack 6a (128-bit High Encryption) E:\NT4SP6A\HIENCRY\EN\SP6128I.EXE E:\NT4SP6A\HIENCRY\EN\SP6RM128.EXE contains readme128.htm which states that the presence of the file: Rsaenh.dll implies that the 128 bit hi-encryption is installed.
((SP6128I has enhsig.dll and rsaenh.dll; Not in SP6I386; both added by IE5.5 install)) :rod sacramento
