Under the Code "Homines Pestis Homine", millions were deliberately infected with AIDS. Overlaps other events. 

Six of these plaques were made and issued to No.3 (Ken Flower), No.10 (Keith Samler), No.14 (Alias PeterElvinger - Interpol Wanted List), and the man who shot and killed Swedish Prime Minister Olaf Palme, and George Bek (Photographed in the Soldier Of Fortune Magazine, May issue 1979, with Colonel Brown and Colonel Oliver North. The man who took the photo is the man who killed Palme, Page 55)
