the frame carcanos (book depository model carcano and backyard model
carcano) could have come from john masen, who could have been the fake
oswald that had dial ryder mount a scope on a carcano, which could have been
either aforementioned frame carcano or even another frame carcano not used

55:23 into Spooks Hoods and the Hidden Elite
Chauncey Holt possibly explains the source of the Frame Carcanos (Book
Depository & Backyard)
<begin quote>
In the summer of 1963, we received a uh an order, I guess you'd call it an
order, or a request, from a uh uh gunsmith in Dallas by the name of John T.
Masen's, spelled with an "e", asking us to buy all the existing uh models
of the Manlicher-Carcano rifle, the Manlicher-Carcano was an Italian made
military rifle, probably the poorest military rifle that was ever
designed...We bought these rifles from Sam Cummings...in Pasadena...We
bought these things for $3 apiece [Holt chuckles].
<end quote>

so harrelson in the summer of 1963, being a part owner of masen's gun shop,
had access to all the existing models of the manlicher-carcano, meaning so
did dallascia/mob/roscoe white

Sure they did, Oswald got one from them. He used it to kill Kennedy, you`re fifty years behind the times.

Please note the part of that Westra document that Rossley doesn't underline -- the part where Westra said that "Klein's undoubtedly mounted some".

So Mitchell Westra confirms that Klein's DID sometimes put scopes on "SOME" forty-inch rifles. Rossley, naturally, totally overlooks that part of the Westra interview.
