What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.MS Word 2010
2.Insert picture

Convert dialog appers and after choosing format, for example, png
I get the error.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sorry for a late response. First, three questions:
- is your system a 64-bit one?
- the codec works in Windows Explorer? You can open the WebP file you tried
in Word by double-clicking it?
- could you attach a screenshot of the dialog that gives the error?

If this won't help us, I have a version of the DLLs that can write debug
information - we may use them to get more data.

System is 32bit
codec works fine in all other cases — picture is inserted well in Excel
2010, PowerPoint 2010.
