WebP, now supported by Google Chrome canary build

For those of you who are interested in actually test driving webp
images in a html environment should download the Google Chrome canary
build (9.0.569.0, http://tools.google.com/dlpage/chromesxs) which as
of today supports and displays webp images when embedded via <img>
tags.

Many thanks to all Google developers who made it possible.

Actually it's been available in Chomium builds since the 29th of
October (I even sent tips to some web sites).I wrote about it (in
italian) at

Btw, if you'd like to test support of an inline WebP image in your
Chrom* browser you can use this page and check whether the bridge
images shows or not:
