error 0x80004002

If I try to install webM, I get the message
"google update failed with error 0x80004002". What can I do?

Can you send a link to the page where you downloaded the file that's
showing that error? From your message I cannot determine what
component you're having trouble with.

Sounds like a Windows error. What version of Windows are you using and
what installation package of WebM?

I ´m using Windows 7 64Bit-Version
I´ve tried to use the link on youtube.
