preliminary WebM support in Winamp

Hi, All.

I've added preliminary support for WebM playback in Winamp, if anyone wants to check it out.  It requires Winamp 5.57 or newer.

Known issues:

* Seeking is a bit weird and will have visual glitches (should be easy to fix)

* Only local file playback is working.  Neither streaming nor progressive download of Matroska is implemented in Winamp.  I'll be adding this next.
