.CHRTOUT_* files not formed

Dear all,

i need help as i am a new in wrf hydro, successfully compilation of wrf hydro coupling has been done, then wrf is used to simulate real case study, the problem simulation working without error but streamflow files not created!!. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Mohamed:

It is hard to diagnose your issue without seeing your input files, but on quick squint I see you have "order_to_write = 4" in your hydro.namelist. The model will only output stream cells/reaches that are order 4 or higher. If you set that to 1 you will get all cells/reaches. You may also want to make sure you see channel cells showing up in the CHANNELGRID variable in your Fulldom_hires.nc file. If you do not see any channel cells there, then something must have failed in your GIS pre-processing step.
