But we met problems,would you like to tell us how to download human dbSNP 137?

Hello,

You can download dbSNP 137 tables directly from our downloads server. From the main page, click on 'Downloads' (located on left-side navigation menu). On the following page, click on 'Human' then 'Annotation Database'. This will take you here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/. Scroll down and you will find all download files associated with dbSNP 137.
