about question on Genome Variants file

Hello,
I am trying to download SNPs information for noncoding region. I found a file “GENOME VARIANTS” file at GENOME browser under variation. I guess this is the file of SNPs for non coding region after I checked several SNPs. However I could not find an information or explanation to approve it. Could you please give me an explanation about this file or link ? It will be really appreciated.

Hello, Tingfen,

For any of our data tracks, you can read the track Description by clicking
on the link above the pulldown track controls below the Browser graphic.
For the Genome Variants (GV) track, you need to scroll down the resulting
page to read the Description section where you learn that the GV track
does not confine itself to non-coding variants, but is the a track of individual
genomes that have been sequenced, including James Watson, Craig Venter
and others.
