Subject: A suggestable browser plug in idea

In the last couple days of brainstorming and seeing videos online it has
dawned on me, and after a quick search for such on the net,
browsers could stand to have a text reader and closed captioning (perhaps
even translating) plug-in that will "read" a page to the user if needed,
and close caption any audio/video source on the page.

The ability is available for most any presentation app except internet
browsers.

I don't know how to code such an animal but will love being involved in
some way.

Youtube might be closest with its "attribute" tags that appear on videos.
