A little mystifying at first but, kind of use it like a paint box, dip
and then do a mouse rake, then pause.

At first it's hard to tell if anythings happening. In fact I am still not sure whats going on.

Seeing as it is called 'Neon Flames', do we think it uses IFS?

It somewhat reminds me of the 'branches' in thewildernessdowntown.com.
