A lot of us tolerate the usual interface to HTML/CSS .. Dreamweaver et al, but don't feel comfortable with the raw syntax and are a bit overwhelmed by all the tags, encodings and so on.
This really is the Book Different for folks the rest of us.. rather than reading like a text book, its far gentler and absolutely beautiful as well.

Definitely the right approach: from a designer's perspective rather than a hacker's. I'm getting it just so that I can look at web-tech through designer's eye's.
