RE: Summer Camp

Good Evening,

We are extremely sorry to report that due to very low enrollment we are forced to cancel Summer Camp and we will be refunding all deposits and payments on Monday. As you know, this has been a difficult financial year (although we remain financially stable), so we do not want to risk any loss to the schools. With only a handful of campers registered each week, it would simply not be fiscally responsible for us to attempt to conduct the camps.

We believe the error was that other camps had already begun registering by the time PPA began to plan. We have made several phone calls and checked into other summer camps as alternatives and each one we called had openings, so it should not be too difficult to make other arrangements. We have included in this email a list of camp directories, or camps.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
