Hello to all PPA and PPA Jr. parents and staff -

 

Spring Fair is just a little over a week away! Plans are in full swing and we have started taking orders for wristbands & tickets! Principals and teachers are signing up to do their time in the dunk tank, volunteers are picking their time slots for games, crafts, and concessions, and our kids are starting to count down to having some big time fun! Your kids will be coming home today with the Spring Fair flier and order form -- it's also attached to this email for your convenience. Please take advantage of pre-sale pricing!

 

Spring Fair is a great opportunity to have a great time with your kids, and sneak in some volunteer time toward your annual volunteer points (100 per family per school year). To volunteer please go to www.SignUpGenius.com/go/10C044DAFAE28AB9-spring1/2705653. Every volunteer will be given 4 tickets for Spring Fair once they have signed in at their volunteer location!

 

Every child's homeroom teacher has sponsored a game, craft or food concession and many will be volunteering at that location during Spring Fair. Please see the attached to see which area is sponsored by your child's class!

 

We are also in need of some donations for Spring Fair:

 

Mini-balloons for

2 Liter bottles of soda for Soda Bottle Toss

Individually wrapped candy (no chocolate, please!)

Store-bought baked goods for Cake Walk

Colored Hair Spray

Dum Dum Lollipops for the Lollipop Tree

Canopies or tents - to borrow the day of Spring Fair

Spring Fair is a rain or shine event! If there is inclement weather all the events will be moved into the school, otherwise we will be on the PPA Jr. field area. Looking forward to seeing all of you there!
