Alternative to Hi-Tie

I recall seeing a thread about an alternative to the Hi Tie which
didn't make noise as the horse moved about through the night. Can
anyone point me in that direction (of the product I'm refterring to)?

My Hi-Tie does not make any noise. The old Spring ties would squeak as
the horses moved against them in the night. Not sure if the newer Spring
Tie (which has a new name I think) still squeak in the spring area when
the horses tug on them some. (When I use the term Hi-Tie, I am
referring to the device by that name, that Easycare sells)
