I've seen in the code reference to Dartium alongside Chromium.

Is this an experimental build of Chromium with the Dart engine?

Can we get hold of it from anywhere?

Good catch - we have done some experiments on chromium + dart vm, but there are a number of things required to make this more than an experiment.
