I am curious about is there a way to deploy Cloud Foundry into HP
Cloud Service? maybe using BOSH or manually.

At AppFog.com we have been working hard on getting a fully functional
and stable CF deployed into HP Cloud Service, we are very close to
letting people play with it. Signup process takes 30 seconds and is
free.

ActiveState's Stackato has been available on HP Cloud Services for
about a month. Here's how to try it for free right now:

Hi
The question was trying to clarify if the OpenStack support of BOSH has been extended to the variant version of OpenStack -- HP Cloud Service.

No. HP Cloud Services (nor RackSpace Cloud Servers) doesn't allow to create custom images via glance (only snapshots of running instances), so the BOSH OpenStack CPI cannot upload the stemcell. It's on their roadmaps (but no ETA), so we must wait till they support it.
