Error 100: undefined method `close_connections' for nil:NilClass - pls help.

Can someone help me, I'm getting this error when uploading stem cell.  Not sure where to start with troubleshooting.

This  can happen if bosh cannot access vcenter. Check whether you have provided correct login credentials and make sure that there is no issue in the network.
