Google only builds & releases Chrome OS for official devices.  there is no
way to get Chrome OS for unofficial devices.

you can however build Chromium OS for any device you like.  Google still
does not build or release those though -- we just publish the source.

your best bet is probably to start at Hexxeh's site:
