Taking pictures with the webcam?

I browsed the app store for a short time today, looking for an
extension that would allow me to take a pic with my netbook's webcam.
I ran across PicMeQuick, but when I launches I never see Flash's
permissions dialog. Seems to be related to this bug:

Has anyone out there actually found a service that does work?

I have been able to work around it by loading the swf file directly
then the permissions dialog is displayed. I think I then had to go to
the flash control panel and change that site to always allow so it
would not try to ask next time.

Awesome!

Alex also contacted me, saying that Picnik works OK. I've verified,
though I had to use the basic downloader.
