I am attempting to run dev_install on the new Samsung XE303 (the arm
Chromebook) and receiving the following error:

[: 184: -ne: unexpected operator
Extracting /usr/local/portage/packages/app-misc/mime-types-8.tbz2

It seems that the mime-types-8.tbz2 is not a valid bzip file I have
attempted to change the binhost to canary, and done all of the various
workarounds listed on the chrome os forums however nothing seems to work
correctly

wondering if anyone else has seen this issue and what your experience has
been.
