chromium on a thinkpad booting only when startup mode is legacy

i successfully managed to install the latest http://chromeos.hexxeh.net/ build on a thinkpad edge e330. the problem is, that the installation boots into the yellow grub loader when the bios boot mode is anything other than legacy (ie both/UEFI only).

is there a way to make the installation bootable in UEFI mode?
