I am having an issue with screen tearing with chromium OS.

The screen tearing happens when i watch videos on YouTube, and when you scroll down on a website.

I have a Samsung Series 9 NP900X4D

It uses a Intel HD 4000 Video card.
has 4 gig of tam
Intel i5-3317u

just in case someone is wondering about the specs.

I think it's expected on Intel Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge graphics
without the "broken_partialswaps" USE flag set

Are you buiding chromium-os ? If so, you can go and edit your
overlay's make.conf file and add that flag. If not, then you'll have
to ask whomever is building for you to add it.
