How to enable kernel logs and core dumps in Chromium OS

Hi,

I am running the chromium OS from USB stick, I am using my own
Chromium image which was build by referring
http://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/developer-guide#TOC-Building-Chromium-OS

I have loaded network related driver for our USB dongle.
I observed some crash.
I want to collect the kernel logs and Core dump to analyze the issue.

Please let me know the procedure for collecting kernel logs and core
dumps.
and let me know whether i need to change any settings while building
chromium image.
