On further investigation this was caused by:

Which increased login time, not logout time. Been fixed on TOT with
http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=137431 .

We'll unpin chrome tomorrow to pick it up.

Pin Chrome to release 21.0.1137.5_rc due to long logout causing VM tests to
fail.

Fix for earlier change to pin chrome to 21.0.1137.5

Need to update binhost to serve this chrome for other targets.

x86-generic was already done, this adds:

amd64-generic
daisy
tegra2

Un-pin chrome from the May 15 version 21.0.1137.5 now that version
21.0.1140 has fix for long login.
