Can you paste the contents of chrome://version/ in here and give me the
make and model number of your mouse?

Finally can you attempt to scroll and then file feedback using the little
bug icon next to the omnibox?

Sorry I've been moving house ...

at any rate the box has gone through a number of reboots. The mouse is a
Microsoft Notebook Mouse 5000, and now it is working. So I'm not seeing the
issue anymore, but it sounds like some others are seeing it.
