Using script-cover with a Google Chrome Extension?

Hey all,

I am looking into code coverage tools for my application. I was hoping to use the tool ScriptCover, found here:  http://code.google.com/p/script-cover/, but the code needs to be hosted outside of an extension.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any resources or guides on how to do something like this? Or, more simply, any tools I can run over my code other than JSHint. :)
