Sounds like you can do a UA-based check. I'm not familiar with this browser though, sorry.

@Wei Lou, I think you have the wrong idea. Google has never "told"
nor controlled any developers that extensions/apps are only for
Chrome. Such extensions/apps are only "for Chrome" because that's the
only browser they are capability of successfully running in.

Or more specifically, they work in all "Chromium based" browsers
because they have the same architecture. Did you know that all of
your extensions/apps you made "for Chrome" also work in Chromium, and
RockMelt, and Comodo Dragon browser, and ChromePlus browser, and Iron
browser, and probably Maxthon3, SunChrome browser, and TheWorld Chrome
browsers, and can be installed right from the Chrome Web Store? These
are all Chromium based browsers that have the same internal guts to
run Chrome extensions/apps.

I hope you remember to put user-agent checking for all these browsers
(and who knows how many others) if you only want your extensions/apps
"for Chrome" only.
