Windows 7 : Chromium continuous no longer executable

Hello
when you execute the last mini-installer.exe
You currently obtain a non executable module (try it : if you try to run Chromium after this "installation", nothing occurs). So no longer Chromium in Windows 7.
Remarks : mini-installer.exe size has changed : 12 Mo instead of 24 before
Does this justify an issue ?

There may have been a build/packaging issue that missed adding some necessary files into the package. Latest mini-installer.exe is back to 27 MB now.
Does the mini-installer work now?
