Relationship between segments and segment_usage

I'm relatively new to the group, so forgive the post if this question
has already been answered in an earlier forum. I'm seeking
information on the relationship between the "segments" and
"segment_usage" tables within the History.SQlite database. Any
direction would be most appreciated. Thanks

This is old code so you're not going to get a better answer than the
