Someone (or you) must have configured Chrome to run with the --no-sandbox command line flag/switch. Like the warning mentions.

Are you using a Chromium binary on Linux? If so, then probably the sandbox isn't configured correctly. If you built it yourself and are using it for development, see https://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/LinuxSUIDSandboxDevelopment for how to set up the development sandbox. If you installed a package built by someone else, then they have not built it correctly, and should read the instructions at https://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/LinuxSUIDSandbox to build their package with a working sandbox.
