Feature Request: Multi-line omnibox

This isn't likely a very common use case, but for more developer-centric cases, it would be helpful to be able to see a long URL with a large query-string, all at once, in an editable fashion.  I'm imagining something not unlike the text field in which I am currently writing this message.
