Chrome gets confused when storing password if username contains "@" character

...or, more correctly, Chrome gets confused when parsing the stored
password, so it never "matches" the site I'm on and never fills-out
the password.

I click "Save password" every time I log-in to this particular site.
As a result, the credentials are listed dozens of times in my stored
passwords.

Are devs aware of this issue? Google-searching doesn't help in this
case because I only get irrelevant results.

NOTE:
I didn't choose this username that contains an "@" character (I would
*expect* it to cause problems like this). The username was assigned by
my employer and it's used to access our employee payroll portal:
https://portal.adp.com/

You might want to file this on http://new.crbug.com (search for duplicates first and star them if you find one that matches yours and you want to keep track).
