Extensions don't sync for a long time sleeping computer?

Hi.
This may just be a "the computer in question isn't running the latest"
version thing, but i have this scenario.

I have 3 computers at home:
1. primary laptop for general use.
2. server laptop used for downloads.
3. gaming desktop, used on the rare occasion that i feel like playing
a desktop requiring game.

The desktop is usually turned off completely, but lately i have used
it and when i opened chromium i found that some of the extensions
didn't catch on.

In addition the new profile with an altered user agent string trick
doesn't download some extension despite the fact that i have turned on
the sync function.

This isn't a big deal as i only have 4 extensions in use, so
installing them doesn't take long if need be.

Thoughts?

If you can still reproduce, search crbug.com for an existing issue and star it. If you cannot find one, file a new issue at new.crbug.com.
