Google apps interaction - Tasks

Web pages are now closely tied with our day-to-day work / life.
1/ The ability to annotate web pages and share these notes inside
the web browser would be great... I mostly use Chrome, so imagine...
You go to an URL, think it's interesting news for your colleague, post
a note and her e-mail adress. She gets a link to the url, and, as she
visits it, gets your comment over the page.
2/ I also use Google Apps. The ability to create a new task right
from the web browser (righ click - Create Google Task) would be
great; I would use it as a reminder to subscribe or come back to web
sites...
