Password for saved password (Chromium as opensourced)

Is there anyway i can change the codes so for everytime i go on the
'preferences > Personal Stuff > Manage Saved Passwords' i have to
write an password?
i really want this because its easy for every non-geek user in every
kind of the computer world to find out all of my passwords. And i
really think its a stupid way for both Chrome and Firefox of doing
this it's unsafe for everyone.... unlike Internet Explorer it's
actually safe for your passwords (It is not easy to hear something
nice about IE from me...)

Hi Jeggy,

This is a special case of the master password question that comes up repeatedly. The reason no such password exists is explained here:

If you are concerned about other people reading your passwords, you should put a login password on your user account on the OS. Chrome cannot realistically protect sensitive data from someone who is already logged into your account.

And yes Chrome can protect my data even if i'm logged just by letting
